It has been four years since you left this world and each year in October, I always replay images of your helpless body laying on the hospital bed that night. I wanted you to be alright and hoped that you were just recovering from a surgery. I know you held on until each one of us got to see you for the last time. Each year, I try to control my tears. I cry not only because I miss you, but because it pains me that I may not see you one day in heaven. I wish I told you I love you and I want to share my love for my heavenly Father with you. My heart still aches think about where you might be, but I still have a glimmer of hope that you said yes when the pastor asked if you accept Jesus as your Savior. I pray and pray that one day, I will see you again. For that, I put my faith in Jesus.
I wish you can see how much I’ve grown and how much you’ve influenced me. Thank you for the times you taught me, cared for me and loved me. I am forever blessed to have you as my grandpa. I miss you so much.

Anyways, this song really touched my heart this week. We are created by His love, grace and mercy. His love is so great that nothing can shatter the bond between us and Him. Through our praises or trials, our relationship with Jesus can only be strengthened and not be tossed away. Let this be a prayer for all of us :)
